Last year's VMAs were a tragic mess. It was as if your high school student council put it together and the host, Russell Brand, was terrible. The British comedian is back again but, the way MTV is promoting this year's show, it looks to have a slightly larger budget. Here's the ad, a homage to West Side Story:

I am not a fan of this show--but come on using one of the best musicals is really not cool. They are seriously making a mess of West Side Story. "Just Be Cool boy real Cool!"
