If it were any other year, this would have gotten prime coverage. At the end of Jay-Z and Alicia Key's performance of "Empire State of Mind", the third single off of Jay's The Blueprint III, Lil Mama hopped on stage and folded her arms with the two other performers and acted like she was supposed to be there.
