For the record, Miss Gaga is not a man. She is the bomb. She's on 17 Tracks good side. Both her album The Fame and No. 1 single "Just Dance" came in at #7 in our 2008 Music of the Year list. Katy Perry is another story though - we hate her. Here's what Google has to say about her.
