Gaga To Tour Alone, Kanye To Release Glow In The Dark Book

Pop star Lady Gaga announced that she would still be touring this year despite tour mate Kanye West dropping out.

"We mutually decided to cancel the tour. He's going to take some time off, but I'm not," the 23-year-old singer said at this year's Billboard Women in Music event. "Kanye and I talked about it. We talked about it a lot, as well as with Live Nation".

Lady Gaga walked away with Billboard's "Rising Star" award while Beyonce was crowned "Woman of the Year".

Beyonce commented on West's controversial behavior at the 2009 Video Music Awards which have turned public opinion against the rapper.

"I knew his intentions and I knew he was standing up for art," she said. "When he walked on the stage I was like no, no, no."

As West takes a break from the spotlight, he'll be releasing a coffee table book chronicling his epic Glow in the Dark Tour. The 288-page book will feature photographs from Nabil Elderkin, the director of videos for "Paranoid" and "Welcome to Heartbreak", conceptual sketches from West himself, and a CD of unreleased instrumental versions of songs.
Does anyone else remember seeing that dinosaur during GITD? Me neither...
