The Abbey Road recording studio, made famous by The Beatles' iconic album of the same name, is being put up for sale by cash strapped EMI.
The studio was where the Beatles made 90 percent of their music between 1962 and 1969. It was also where Pink Floyd recorded Dark Side of the Moon and has been used by Radiohead, Blur, and the orchestras responsible for the scores of movies like Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings.
